Is this for people without building experience?

The toolkit is for everyone including those without experience although, the least experience you have, the more likely you'll require external knowledge. Included in the toolkit are templates and guides which will provide a quick start to understanding on how to build a home although, additional reading will be required from other sources to master the process of building a house.

Can I install the toolkit on more than once computer?

All files are open and available on any computer although the Estimation & Actual spreadsheet is proprietary and works with a license key which allows the usage on one computer only.

Can I access the toolkit from a cloud location?

The toolkit needs to be installed on a physical machine (desktop/laptop).

Who is the toolkit for?

The toolkit is for those looking to build their own house, acting as the General Contractor.

Will it work for tiny homes or cabins?

The process of building a house remains very similar (land, road, foundation, framing, electricity, plumbing, etc.) and therefore the tools can be used for building tiny homes and cabins as well.

Can I modify the excel files provided?

Yes, totally! The spreadsheets are fully customizable to your liking.

For how long can I use the toolkit?

The toolkit does not have any expiry date and can be used as long as you need.

Can I use this if I already have land?

Absolutely. The tools can be used at any point in time although the product aims for those that have not started the building process yet.
